Shipping & returns

Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the US. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $6.95. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from the day your order leaves our warehouse, and most orders placed before 2pm MST ship the same day.

Every order ships in a plain brown box with a neutral return label. Nothing on the package identifies the contents or the store.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any product, no restocking fee, for any reason. A camera that doesn't fit your space, your decor, or your expectations goes back on us.

Start a return from the contact pagewith your order number. We'll email a prepaid label. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Every camera carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a camera stops working under normal use, we replace it. The warranty doesn't cover physical damage, water damage outside a product's stated rating, or lost microSD cards.
