What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers). When you contact support: your name, email, and the contents of your message. When you browse: standard analytics data such as pages viewed and referring source.
What we use it for
Fulfilling orders, answering support requests, improving the site, and (only if you opt in) sending occasional product emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Your camera footage
Footage recorded by your camera stays on your microSD card and your devices. We have no access to it. Live viewing through the app is a direct connection between your phone and your camera.
Cookies and advertising
We use analytics and advertising cookies to measure the site and our ad campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking checkout.
Your rights
Email support@plainsightsecurity.com to request a copy or deletion of your personal data. California and other state residents may have additional rights under their state's privacy law, and we honor those requests regardless of state.
